Kat Street is the heart and helm of of Mothership and is an entrepreneur and award-winning global design & creative director.
Having collaborated with women founders and c-level exec, she noticed the way women lead is deeply rooted in community, creativity, and the vital need for optimal well-being. Yet, there weren’t many spaces that supported this unique ethos.

With those women in mind, in 2019, she founded and funded Mothership (Boulder); a new bespoke workplace that seamlessly blended career growth with art, interior design services & wellness experiences. She curates exhibitions centered around women artists and creates go-to-market design strategies for commercial and residential clients.
