THE STUDIO
Bright, sun-drenched, vaulted ceiling punctuated by bouclé design furnishings and a mural that’s ode to the feminine. The main lounge stands out as a harmonious extension to the gallery offering airy ambience and a welcome bar at the center. The ideal backdrop for a photo shoot or perfect as a service space. Please note, when you rent the full studio, this includes the gallery space.

THE GALLERY
This versatile space boasts its own entrance and has hosted guest speakers, fine art shows and sound baths. Vaulted ceilings, light acacia hardwoods. Opening up into the main lounge, the Gallery offers functionality with flow.

THE SUN ROOM
Named for its positioning to the west, large windows and accompanying terrace the Sun Room is an ideal reserve for workshops, client meetings, and off-site gatherings. Surrounded by textural elements, the sunlight filters thru, bouncing off the Italian travertine table, elevating any conversation. Opens to a petite 30sqft balcony with flatiron views and includes 65”, 4KHD presentation screen.
